| The band is commissioned to write music to the classic story of Paddle-to-the-Sea by Holling Clancy Holling. It depicts the travel and adventures of "Paddle" that was carved by an Ojibwa boy in the north country above Lake Superior, put into the waters, and carried by the currents of the Great Lakes into the salty Ocean. The band has had a lot of fun with it and the premier of the show is in Rochester, MI on June 23rd. posted June 10, 2006 | | |
